Our Four-Step Discovery Process
Franchise Dynamics does not take on every potential franchise sales opportunity. Each franchisor is taken through our Discovery and Due Diligence process. We are looking for franchisors with a service offering that is unique to the market, that has room and capability to grow throughout the United States and the world, that has a management team capable of managing growth and that has sufficient capital to grow.


An initial consult call to ensure that the franchisor and Franchise Dynamics are in alignment on goals and growth, as well as the opportunity to learn about the history and management of both companies.


Our Assessment Day is an opportunity for Franchise Dynamics to dive deeply into the franchisor, learning about the systems and offerings, management team, growth goals, financial capability and the current limitations of the franchisor. Within two weeks, we submit an actionable assessment of the franchisors current situation and opportunity for growth. Assuming we believe there is alignment and an opportunity to partner together, we include a proposal for services with the assessment


After an agreement is signed, we gather the management of the franchisor and our assigned sales and marketing team members together to immerse our team in the concept.


While selling, we continue to update our clients with weekly calls and monthly reports. We handle the sales process from the time a lead is gathered until franchise agreements are signed and fees are paid.
